Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Kaleido Inspire, we put love and care into every product we create. Because many of our items are printed on demand or prepared in small batches, we have the following policy in place:


📦 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.


💛 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we’re happy to help!

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kaleidoinspire.com and include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged item
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Items damaged through normal use
• Digital downloads
• Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
• Sale or promotional items


🚚 Lost Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first.

Kaleido Inspire is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


⏱ Processing Time

Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
